Main responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional development team (5+ people).

Develop new gaming solutions.

Maintain and enhance the product to meet business needs.

Provide technical leadership, manage technical debt, and drive the strategic development of the product’s functional components.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the team’s work.

Motivate and develop team members.
Requirements:
-
Strong independence and accountability; at least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead.
-
5+ years of commercial development experience with the .NET C# platform.
-
Proactive attitude and readiness to make decisions and take ownership of results.

Systematic approach to solving issues and challenges.
-
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
-
Proficiency in task decomposition, planning, and estimation.
-
Solid management skills and the ability to set priorities.
-
Ability to plan, estimate, and manage development timelines and align with stakeholders’ expectations.
-
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the team and other departments.
-
Strong teamwork abilities and skill in fostering team cohesion focused on results.

Experience developing microservice architectures.
-
Adherence to best practices in software development.
-
Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
-
Experience with RabbitMQ.
-
Understanding of DI lifecycles, HTTP requests, and TPL.

Experience working with AWS/Kubernetes.
-
Experience in infrastructure development, knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies.
Would be a plus:

Experience with SignalR / WebSocket.

Experience with MS Orleans.
-
Experience with Roslyn / Source Generators.
-
Experience with Kubernetes / Helm / Docker.
-
Background or related experience in B2B/B2C domains.
