We're looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in Game Design, excellent artistic skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop visual concepts for new products including slot games, live casino, and TV games.

Lead a creative team of graphic designers, 2D/3D artists, and UI/UX specialists.

Oversee the full design cycle — from initial concept to final production.

Ensure visual consistency across all products and brand materials.

Collaborate closely with game designers, product managers, and developers.

Establish and optimize design processes and production pipelines.

Stay up-to-date with trends in the iGaming industry and implement innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience and Expertise:

Proven experience as an Art Director or Lead Designer in Live Games, TV Games, or Online Casino — required.

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms.

Deep understanding of usability principles and user experience.
● Strong portfolio showcasing user interfaces designed for live gaming products.
Professional Skills:

Hands-on leadership approach — ready to actively contribute and drive results.

Proficient in design tools, especially Figma.

Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS).
● Excellent time management: ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Leadership and Communication:

Team and project management skills: delegation, feedback, motivation.

Strong soft skills: building trust, supporting and developing the team.
● Idea-driven mindset with a readiness to take ownership of decisions.
Nice to Have:
