Key Responsibilities:

Collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data (from MySQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica).

Writing and optimizing database queries; working with various data sources.

Identifying trends and patterns in data sets; formulating and testing hypotheses.
-
Conducting and analyzing A/B tests; interpreting results and proposing actions to improve key company metrics.
-
Visualizing data for clarity and further use.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
-
At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics.

Experience with Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, MS Clarity, or similar tools (including creating APIs for data access, setting up tracking, and event tagging).

Strong command of SQL (including window functions and query optimization).

Proficiency in Python, including core data analysis libraries.

Experience working with BI tools (Power BI).
-
Understanding of key product metrics (LTV, ARPU, Retention, etc.).

Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and hands-on experience.

Strong background in probability theory, statistics, and linear algebra.

Ability to clearly document results.
-
English proficiency at B1 level.
