We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team! If you have a passion for data-driven decision-making and user behavior analysis, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze data from statistical sources and web analytics logs.

Design, run, and validate A/B experiments.
-
Analyze product changes, feature performance, and promotional mechanics.
-
Develop dashboards for recurring reporting and ad hoc analytical requests.
-
Prepare analytical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
-
2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
-
Experience working with databases such as MySQL and ClickHouse (or similar technologies).
-
Strong SQL skills, including window functions and query optimization.
-
Experience analyzing and interpreting A/B test results.
-
Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn, and others.

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
-
Understanding of key product metrics, including LTV, ARPU, Retention, and others.
-
Ability to document analytical findings clearly and effectively.

Nice to Have

Experience building and maintaining data marts or analytical datasets independently.

Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.

Experience analyzing user journeys, generating recommendations, and identifying behavioral

insights.

Familiarity with GitLab, Confluence, and Jira.
