We are looking for a specialist who combines gambling game mathematical modeling with a Data Science approach.
This role sits at the intersection of game mathematics, risk management, data, and product decisions, with active involvement in the design of new games and ML-driven product personalization.
Main responsibilities:
Game Mathematics
-
Develop and maintain mathematical models for games (roulette-like, crash, card games, etc.)

Perform Monte Carlo simulations to evaluate game convergence and volatility

Assess and manage risk: monitor convergence speed and calculate betting limits
Data Science
-
Develop ML models for:
○ Player/customer segmentation
○ LTV, churn, and activity prediction
○ Anomaly detection
○ Game and bet size recommendations

Participate in all stages of model development, from EDA to deployment
Additional Responsibilities

Prepare clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders

Document calculation logic, models, and decision rationale

Write SQL queries to extract data for analysis

Design data structures for storing ML model outputs
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Data Science or Python/C# development

Strong mathematical background: probability theory, statistical distributions, Monte Carlo methods

Experience with ClickHouse, MySQL (or similar databases)

Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, query optimization)

Strong Python skills, including ML libraries

Understanding of key product metrics (RTP, LTV, Retention, etc.)

Ability to document results clearly and accurately
