Key Responsibilities:

Manage the game certification process in compliance with Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) requirements, as well as other regulated markets (EU, US, Latin America).

Prepare complete certification documentation packages, including source code, par sheets, SBAI, and others.

Liaise with testing laboratories such as GLI, BMM, and Gaming Associates.

Ensure products meet current regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, DevOps, and Compliance, and when necessary, with Marketing, Localization, and Sales.

Maintain and prioritize the certification backlog; track task statuses and deadlines.

Participate in the analysis of regulatory changes and adapt processes accordingly.

Update and implement certification procedures, ensuring compliance across teams.

Prepare certification reports and participate in issue resolution and corrective actions.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in certification/licensing roles within iGaming or related industries.

Proven track record of successful certifications under MGA requirements — a must!

Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple markets (EU, US, Latin America).

Experience working with testing labs: GLI, BMM, Gaming Associates.

Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and experienced with CMS platforms.

Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments.

English level: Intermediate+

Russian: B2 or higher (not necessarily native).
