Team Lead Data Analytics

We are looking for a Team Lead to join our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of Data Analysts and Mathematicians.

  • Maintain, improve, and develop new functionality and business logic.

  • Integrate with third-party services and internal teams.

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate the team’s work.

  • Motivate, support, and help the team achieve goals.

  • Communicate with company leadership at both technical and organizational levels (CTO, CPO, etc.).

  • Manage the team backlog and ensure the quality of delivered tasks.

What we expect:

  • Strong independence, responsibility, and proven experience as a Team Lead.

  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for results.

  • Experience managing an analytics and/or mathematics team.

  • Experience and understanding of backend development (Python 3, C#, .Net Framework) and/or analytics frameworks (Google Analytics).

  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse (or similar).

  • Experience with Airflow, Power BI (or similar).

  • Solid mathematical background (probability theory, statistics, discrete mathematics, linear algebra).

  • Understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning tasks (clustering, predictive models, neural networks).

  • Strong expertise in product analytics, running A/B tests, and a good understanding of DWH design nuances.

  • Ability to translate business value of data into actionable tasks and plan team work to maximize business impact.

  • Knowledge of Git, Confluence, Jira.

Our tech stack:

  • Analytics framework: GA4 + BigQuery + ClickHouse.

  • Core backend data: MySQL + MongoDB + ClickHouse.

  • Analytics & reporting: Power BI.

  • Development: Apache Airflow, GitLab (Python 3).

  • Backend development (math libraries): Python 3 and C#.

  • Additional data & reporting: Kibana, Grafana.
