We're looking for a Visual Designer with a strong sense of style and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
You are someone who can create memorable game worlds and compelling visual concepts, balancing high-quality graphics with engaging motion design. You understand how visuals impact player engagement and retention, and you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Ideally, your portfolio includes shipped gaming projects (slots, crash games, or similar) that showcase strong visual execution. You're able to build and maintain a consistent visual language across the entire product, from initial concept to polished in-game interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Create visual concepts for slot games, crash games, and other gaming products.
-
Design engaging game interfaces and UI screens with a strong focus on aesthetics and usability.
-
Develop visual styles, compositions, color palettes, and the overall atmosphere of game worlds.
-
Create and animate UI elements and interfaces using Rive and Spine, including states, transitions, and interactive animations.
-
Prepare production-ready assets, including icons, illustrations, UI components, and other game elements.
-
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system (design tokens, components, and visual guidelines).
-
Generate creative concepts for new games and visual mechanics.
-
Collaborate closely with game designers and developers throughout the production process.
-
Ensure visual consistency and quality across all stages of development.
-
Work with AI-powered design tools to improve workflows and generate concepts.
-
Participate in design reviews and continuously improve the visual quality of the product.
Requirements:
-
3+ years of experience as a Visual Designer.
-
Experience designing game interfaces, slot games, or similar products within the iGaming, Gambling, or GameDev industries.
-
Strong foundation in graphic design, including composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
-
Experience creating UI animations.
-
Proficiency in Figma, Rive, and Spine.
-
Understanding of interactive animation principles and UI behavior.
-
Experience with 2D/3D tools such as Blender, After Effects, or similar is a plus.
-
Understanding of game design principles and game mechanics is an advantage but not required.
-
Ability to rapidly explore and develop multiple visual concepts.
-
Strong attention to detail, including micro-interactions (hover states, feedback animations, win effects, etc.).
-
Basic understanding of development workflows and technical constraints.
-
Ambition, creativity, and a genuine passion for growing within the gaming industry.
